At first I wasn't sure about trying this spice mix. I don't go much for vinegar-and-oil salad dressings. However, I do a lot of improvisation in cooking, and I mixed this in with some hamburgers. My teenagers really liked the flavor. I also spread this on top of a pot roast to add some herbal zing to it. And Wow! The pot roast was devoured.

This product has been pretty good so far, maybe I'll get around to mixing as a marinade or a salad dressing.
